Summer Solstice Circle

Celebrate the longest day of the year with Sound Journey led by 2 Sound Sisters--Dawn and Erin--

Join us to celebrate the sun on the longest day of the year. The Summer Solstice is a time of new beginnings and the changing of seasons, both in nature, as well as within. The Solstice marks a shift out of a long period of quiet hibernation and self reflection. Often seen as a time where we have been sowing seeds for our future. On this day, we celebrate and welcome in the sun’s fiery energy, and invite in the new Season that propels us forward into growth, and the realization and beauty of our ever blossoming intentions.

We begin with a prelude of yoga nidra (a guided embodiment meditation which enduces a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping achieving a deep state of relaxation and profound rest) into sound meditation with 2 practitioners (Dawn & Erin) playing gongs, singing bowls, and other instruments.

Then we will celebrate sound and life outdoors with a 50 inch sitting bowl wrapping your body in healing frequency, crystal pyramids to magnify the the suns energy, Tibetan bowls to energize & ground. We culminate with creating flower strands or pouches sewn together with our intentions to be burned in the fire and offered back with gratitude to the earth.
